These Terms of Service govern all transactions between Grafton Wholesale and its customers. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a registered business and agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility Grafton Wholesale operates exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. By registering and purchasing with us, you confirm that you are a business, retailer, reseller, or trader and not a private consumer.
2. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Grafton Wholesale reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
3. Payment Full payment is required before any order is processed and dispatched. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Grafton Wholesale reserves the right to cancel any unpaid orders.
4. Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery timescales are estimates only and Grafton Wholesale cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
6. Liability Grafton Wholesale's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We accept no responsibility for any loss of profit, revenue, or business arising from the use or resale of our products.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the Grafton Wholesale website including images, logos, and descriptions is the property of Grafton Wholesale and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
