At Grafton Wholesale, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
1. Couriers We use a range of trusted courier services to deliver your orders. The courier used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Timescales Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, order size, and courier availability. Typical delivery times are as follows:
📦 Standard Delivery — 3 to 5 working days 📦 Larger or Bulky Orders — 5 to 7 working days
Please note that delivery timescales are not guaranteed and Grafton Wholesale cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Waiting List & Out of Stock Items Some items may be subject to availability. If a product in your order is on a waiting list or temporarily out of stock, your order may take longer to fulfil. In such cases, we will contact you to keep you informed. Delivery times for waiting list items may be significantly longer than standard timescales.
4. Partial Shipments Where an order contains both in-stock and waiting list items, we reserve the right to dispatch available items separately. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Grafton Wholesale reserves the right to amend shipping rates at any time.
6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Grafton Wholesale cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.
7. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims made outside of this window will not be accepted.
